Use it in anything, really. It's good on veggies and in sauces, really wherever you want spicy. It's called for in peanut sauces (coming soon), and many other Asian dishes. Also, it's made from real peppers and garlic, no fake flavors or anything. Ethan's seal of approval!

ReplyDeleteWoah I just had a vietnamese flash back...
Whatever that was, sounds goooood!
ReplyDeleteshriracha chili sauce for EVERYTHING.
ReplyDeleteMm, sriracha. I hadn't seen the garlic stuff in a jar before though--I've mostly seen it in squeeze bottles like this: http://www.huyfong.com/no_frames/sriracha.htm . That's more of a plain just spicy, no garlic, flavor. I really don't know how to describe the taste other than "just spicy"! :)
ReplyDeleteMav is in LOVE with this stuff. There is at least 3 bottles in our fridge.
